Miles & Memories: The Test Start

On July 3rd, we took our 5th wheel out of storage for the final time. After months of packing, unpacking, and setting up our new home, it was time to begin living in it full-time.

We kicked off this journey at "Camp Arkle" in Nine Mile Falls, WA, at our friends Brandon and Crystal's lake home for the July 4th weekend. It was a fantastic test weekend, surrounded by friends who could assist if any issues came up. Fortunately, nothing went wrong, and we had a wonderful weekend.

Following our enjoyable weekend, we headed to North Spokane RV Campground. It was an ideal in-town location, conveniently near family, the RV dealer, and our storage unit. During our stay, we established a routine for setting up the 5th wheel, with everyone having assigned tasks. We also finalized the arrangement of our belongings in the trailer, and Ken and I set up our workstations. The week flew by as we bid farewell to family and
